Last day: Certificates

 

 

 

We have been excellent students throghout the week! We worked well with our partners in the speaking activities and tried our best with all the tasks we did.

 We also did some presentations! We also wrote very nice weather poems. We were very keen to learn and discover new things!

 

Clearly we have enjoyed the social aspects of the week as much as the academic.

We had karaoke night at the YMCA. We sang a lot of songs such as Macarena, FixYou or YMCA.We arrived there at half past seven and finished at nine! We were all quite tired!

 

Thursday afternoon: Sports

 

Today we went to Languages United to have lessons. After that, we went to Henrietta Park to have lunch and play a football match!

 

 

At 2pm we went to the Sports Centre where we could swim for a while. We went to the hot Slide and swam in the hot little pool, too.

After that, we played mini-golf in different groups.

Shopping and Pizza night!

Tuesday was a very good day because first we went to the Language School and we met new friends from other countries and we learned something new about the Abbey.

                                                    And after, some fun at Victoria Park

                                                               Pizza night! Delicious!
After that, we went to the Pizzeria "Aqua" and we had absolutely delicious pizzas!

                                      Then, we played a game called "Murder in the village". There were a policeman, a nurse, some people and, of course, the murderer. We had a very good time!
